Piccola Opera has been working hard and so have the folks at One Light Theatre. "Ant Man and the Wasp" is in cinemas, and there are special showings of "Leave No Trace" and "Bridesmaids." Plus a smattering of outdoor music, a farmers market, Old Home Day art and more. 

This week's featured song is "I Need a Day" by the Shana Stack Band, who will perform Thursday at Eagle Square in Concord, N.H.
